Success Letlhogonolo Nyakale is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He is the sole founder of the Nyakale Attorneys. He obtained his B. Proc degree in the year 1999 from Vista University and obtained his LLB post graduate degree in the year 2001 from the same institution. After completing his studies, he attended the Johannesburg School for Legal Practise in the year 2001. In the year 2002 He joined a very reputable firm Maluleke Seriti Makume Matlala Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney where he gained extensive experience in the following areas of practice, Litigation, Personal Injury law, RAF, Magistrates and High Court Litigation, Criminal law, Medical Negligence, Administration of Estates etc. He served under the principalship of Judge Makume and the late Judge Maluleke as well as other luminaries in the leadership of the Black Lawyers Association and the Law Society of the Northern Provinces. At the end of his articles of clerkship, due to the appointment of his principals to the bench, Mr. Nyakale joined Mokonyane Inc in Randburg in the year 2003, where he was exposed to Commercial law, Litigation, Labour law. In the year 2004 Mr. Nyakale joined Sekonya Attorneys in Johannesburg as a Professional Assistant. In the year 2008 Mr. Nyakale was promoted to Partner due to his major contribution to the firm. Mr. Nyakale remained a partner until 2015. Mr. Nyakale had gained extensive experience on how to run a professional law firm since he had been a managing partner at Sekonya Attorneys for a significant number of years. He decided that he could provide a much better service to the public by offering his assistance on a more personal level and thus started his own law firm in July 2015.
